I love Christmas. I truly do. And now, with Adam, I love it even more. This year we started a tradition with Adam that I grew up with. Here is the scrapbook page I made to remember the night.

The writing on the page reads as follows:
This year, for the first time, we experienced the Christmas Eve Tradition that I was brought up with…
At around sunset, after listening for sleigh bells all night, we finally heard the bells ringing outside. We quickly ran outside to see if we could see Father Christmas flying over the house. We could hear the bells, so it meant that he was close. This year we ran out front first, but that turned out to be a mistake, the Sleigh must have flown over the back garden. When we heard the bells coming from over the wall, we ran back inside to look for Father Christmas. Unfortunately, we were just too late to see him. But luckily he had thown some presents into the garden as he flew over the house. There were presents all over the garden. The sheer joy, happiness, excitement and delight as you rushed around the garden to collect your stash was pure magic to watch.
